Registration for our events will always occur on this page. Registration is only necessary for tournaments and classes. For casual events, you can just come and enjoy the game!
Please note that if you register but fail to attend the event without notifying us, your name will be placed on a grey list. This will limit your registration for our next tournament to one day before its start. However, if you have a valid reason for not informing us in advance, we will of course take that into consideration.
Polychamps Qualification Tournament
Our next tournament will take place in HG G26.5 on Tuesday, 23th of September. The tournament will consist of seven rounds with a 3+2 time control. Everybody can participate, but only people associated with ETH (along with at most two people from UZH) will be able to qualify for the Polychamps. The top three spots along with the best female player will be invited to participate against EPFL on the 8th of November as part of our team.
To participate in a tournament, you need to become a member of our club, which requires you to pay a 5 CHF fee. We will accept cash (exactly 5, no change), TWINT, or wiring over bank account. If you volunteer at one of our events somewhere during the year, this membership fee will be reimbursed.
